I had a wonderful stay at this hotel Jaisal In in Jaisalmer. From the moment I arrived, everything felt comfortable and welcoming. The ambience is beautiful and gives you a true Jaisalmer vibe, very peaceful and well maintained.
The food was really great, fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Every meal was enjoyable, and the quality was consistently good. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing.
The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. Overall, the service, ambience, food, and stay were all excellent.

The hotel is very nice in city centre and all sightseeing places are within 2 kms. The staff are very good and well mannered and they are very helpful and careful.They arranged safari for us and it was so nice and beautiful and they do arrange for taxi service. The manager is very caring and often asked us that we are safe and everything is fine in safari and it was very good of him for his caring nature.The staff and everybody over there are very responsible.kudos to whole team of jaisal inn.Their hospitality is next level last but not the least I have to mention the chef he was so nice and the food is very tasty and makes according to our taste.

I recently dined at jaisaL Inn, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance perfectly captures the essence of Rajasthan with its rustic decor and open-air seating, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I ordered the traditional Rajasthani thali, which was a highlight of my meal. The dal baati churma was rich and flavorful, and the gatte ki sabzi had the right blend of spices. The variety of breads, especially the missi roti, complemented the curries beautifully. For dessert, the kheer was a perfect end to the meal—creamy and just the right amount of sweet.
The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to recommend dishes. Our food arrived promptly, and they ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
JaisaL Inn is a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience authentic Rajasthani cuisine in a charming setting. I left with a satisfied palate and a desire to return.

We had stayed in Jaisal Inn, Jaisalmer in the last year end. We found the property excellent and real value for money. The facilities provided are just excellent and above all the quality of food, variety of veg traditional North Indian dishes are mouth watering and delicious one.
We would like to appreciate the hospitality of truly professional and well mannered staff. We remained there for three days and we can vouch say that it was a memorable stay. We strongly recommend Hotel Jaisalfor a hassle free and comfortable stay to alldomestic and international tourists.

The hotel is decent with good road accessibility and basic amenities. While the facilities are satisfactory, what I personally enjoyed the most was the nature of the staff. They are extremely helpful and always try their best to assist with anything you need.
A special mention to Jeetu and Hansraj, both were very supportive, polite, and made the stay comfortable with their warm and helpful attitude. Their hospitality truly made the experience better and more memorable.
Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay with genuinely caring staff.

If u want to feel real jaisalmer feeling , then this is the hotel where u can get it. First of all , Mr Neeraj is a very humble , kind hearted , and Friendly in nature, helps in every ways , so thank u Mr Neeraj . Pure Jain food was arranged for me and was such a delicious food I have had in jaisalmer , it's a Pure Vegetarian Hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean , Staff Is very helpful and cooperative. 1 . Room and service - Hotel rooms are neat and clean . Room service 10/ 10 .
2. Location - this hotel om prime location near fort with parking facility. You can visit fort by walking distance from hotel
3 food - hotel offer very delicious food with humble and polite staff service. Special hotel has own roof top so we can enjoy fort view with our dinner
So overall personally I give you 10 /10 in everything to this hotel .

My stay at Hotel Jaisal was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Jaisal Inn. The staff — especially Mr. Jitu, Mr. Neeraj, and Mr. Jatinder Thappa — were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance had a traditional Rajasthani charm.
The service was prompt, and the team made sure we had everything we needed. The location is also convenient, close to major attractions in Jaisalmer.

We (a group of 12 family members) stayed at Hotel Jaisal Inn and had a pleasant experience overall.
What we liked:
-The food was absolutely delicious, and we were really impressed by their warm hospitality and polite behaviour.
-The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our large group.
What could be improved:
-Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved a bit for an even better stay experience.
Overall, it was a great stay and we truly appreciated their service and food quality. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jaisal Inn and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The location is superb—right in the heart of Jaisalmer—and all major sightseeing spots are within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city extremely convenient for our family.
The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a good variety and great taste. What really stood out was the hotel staff—everyone was very friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Vyas ji, who is an incredibly hospitable person. He personally ensured that our stay was comfortable and memorable, which made us feel truly cared for.
A special highlight was the New Year’s party organized by the hotel on the rooftop. It was beautifully arranged with folk music, a DJ, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere—something our entire family thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and created lovely memories here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer, especially families looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

Had an amazing stay at this gorgeous property. Our check in and check out was operated smoothly by Ankit Gujral, who was very cooperative and prompt. The reception and restaurant services were also quick and we didnt have to face any issue regarding our stay. They have an amazing buffet with great variety of options. The rooms were also clean and they have a cloak room as well . Overall would definitely recommend this hotel and we will visit again.

It was a great experience at Hotel Jaisal Inn. The rooms are newly constructed/renovated, very spacious, neat and clean. They have a very nice pool area with separate sections for kids, adults and jacuzzi. But the highlight was the hotel rooftop. A full view of well lit Jaisalmer fort can be seen from the rooftop which was amazing. Hospitality of the hotel management team is highly commendable. They arranged a very special candle lit dinner at the rooftop for us. It was magical.

This is the best palace for family and group We visited on 15 nov 2024 in a group of 13 adult and 8 children’s..they provide excellent food quality for all and special food according to our children
Rooms ,,every service was excellent .
I forget my baby towel in hotel and they provide currier service to my address without any charges
And special thanks to their manager Mr. Tarun and whole staff for this kindness
